I recently accepted the offer of admission to CU Boulder for a masters of science in computer science. I will be advised (for now) by Professor Nikolaus Correll where I hope to work in his lab. His specialties are swarm robotics and intelligent materials. With the goal of a thesis based maters in mind, I plan on involving myself with the research of this laboratory (or whichever one I may end up in). My research will likely consist of designing and testing intelligent algorithms to control the kinematics of these robots, and also to help them build a knowledge base of their environment through a variety of state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms.
My graduate school aspirations are a long time coming and without the support of my family, friends, and girlfriend, I don't think its realization would be quite the same. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
